Waiting on washing machine repair for a month

I booked a repair for my Defy twin tub washing machine on the 5/11/21. Its now the 8 December and nobody has called or come out. I have spoken to all the customer service people at HI FI N1 City - Michael, Dominique, Tasneem and Suzanne and 2 managers Lulu and Danie. All of who have not been able to get my washing machine fixed. I have called numerous times and even went in to the store and was physically present while Michael booked the request for repair on the 29.11.21, only to be told by Dominique and Simone from Defy that it was not logged on the system or by DEFY . I am at my wits end. This is the 2nd time in 2 years the washing machine is giving problems. My warrantee expired on the 21.11.21. Should I put my lawyer on it? Its ridiculous right?
