Waiting on refund! Poor service!

I bought a Food Processor from Hi Fi online. I had to return it to Port Elizabeth Green Acres for a refund, because it is faulty. It has almost been a month and I do not get any feedback. When I call they keep saying it is still in the process, no clear answer. Never get any follow up to my emails. Will never buy anything from them again.
