Waiting for refund of washing machine I bought first week of August

I bought washing machine first week of Aug online got the washing machine damaged I called they said I can't just get an exchange I need to first send pictures then the supplier will be in contact with me Regarding way forward I then decided to ask for a refund till today the said they will send a driver to fetch it but no one has has come they call to arrange driver to pick up but no one calls I wouldn't recommend someone to buy at hifi corp the service is bad
