Waiting 16 days for a three day order!

On 3 January I placed an online order and selected 3 to 5 day delivery. After 5 days of getting through to voicemail I called head office and was told that the Stoneridge branch had not acknowledged the order (Stoneridge is more than 400km from us!) I then received a call from the branch advising me that my items were ready. They wanted to know if I was collecting or if they had to deliver. When I said that it was for delivery I was told that they had to speak to head office. On 11 January I got a call from Witbank branch to confirm my address. At least it was moving closer! On 12 January Fedex delivered one of the items. I was told the Nelspruit branch would deliver the remaining items. On 13 January two of the items were delivered. I was told that the fourth item was not in stock and that Witbank would deliver it. I am still waiting for the item. On 12 January I logged a complaint online. I am still waiting for a response. No point in calling the online team as all you get is voicemail. Also no point in lodging a complaint - no reply. In the mean time we can't use one of our rooms and our business is losing money.
