Very Very Unhappy with the level of Service!!

I purchased a washing machine on the 28th December and to date have not received my order. I have visited the store at Mall of Africa my email and contact details were provided for a follow up and no feedback 4 days later. I have called and emailed and to date no feedback. I am advised the matter will be escalated I will be called shortly but no phone calls either. What sort of service are you providing to your clients. I have made numerous purchases and am a loyal client. After this experience I do not want to make any further purchases from Hi-Fi Corp. You have no regard for your clients!!!
