VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

I bought Sansui 58 inch TV 2 years back, I am struggling to get a new remote for a remote as there is no SANSUI here in SA. They have being making go back and forth for months now. I wonder when they TV start to give me problem where will I go if I struggle just to get a simple thing like a remote. Where the hell can 1 get a remote since HI fi cooperation can't assist even thou I bought a TV from them.
