Very very poor customer service HifiCorp

I bought 3 things from HifiCorp, firstly they start buy delivering the stuff one by one without informing me. When they supposed to deliver the last batch the start making excuses that what is my address and alternative number, mind you these guys have already delivered twice in my absentia without calling me. I log a complaint with them 5 days ago and till now I haven't received my goods or being responde to. I can't even get through to their call centre. I was warned about HifiCorp and now I know why, they the worst
