Very very bad service

I find the service we are receiving from your company absolutely pathetic. The service or rather non service call was logged on the 24th of Jan till this very moment we are been given the run around with NO clear path as to when the television will be collected and sorted out. Nawaal does return calls nor does she log the service call. Aakifah had the nerve to advise she was only working till 2:30 and could not assist. BAD, BAD, BAD

I paid the extra fee thinking that I was covered BUT I never knew that it is sold only to give me the run around.

It shocks me that even paying for service means no service from your company.
