Very unsatisfied 1st time client!
<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am REALLY upset with the service I have received as a first time buyer!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a TV online last Saturday Order: ********** 85 </p> <p> </p> <p>I submitted my detail online only to be told on Monday that I need to mail them My ID! I then submitted and mailed my ID so that they can process and do my TV License.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned today to ask if I can collect my TV at Eastgate and was told that it is ready for collection.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got to the store and waited 20min for assistance, the lady that I dealt with telephonically then advised me that I do not have a TV license??? Which should have been done by them???</p> <p> </p> <p>I then decided to pay and fill in the forms, I then waited ANOTHER 30 min to get my TV ONLY to be told they they kept it but someone SOLD it!!! the managers name who sold it was "Ananias Kasita" I requested WHY as I Payed for the TV beforehand!</p> <p> </p> <p>I was then told that they will go and collect another TV at Kempton and that I need to come back to collect it????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested them to deliver the TV by tomorrow morning which they agreed upon!</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!</p>
