Very unprofessional and rude

Bought a 65 inch Skyworth TV. Got home to only find it damaged. The damaged spot is exactly where their sales person Bibo placed his hand after switching off the TV after the screen test. CCTV proves this. Spoke to Petunia in Boksburg, who was very rude and told me to take it to the Ombudsman. This is the worst customer service because the facts are clear but the staff insist on “we cannot take a cracked TV”. Yet we can see the negligence on the CCTV.
