Very poorandbad service

Placed an online order on 28 July. Delivery within 2-5 working days. Still waiting. Tried tracking from their website . Its still records as received and paid since 28 July. Calling is just a futile excercise. No consultant to attend to my call as they are all busy thats the response you get on call. Reached out on their FB page on 05 August. Got this response " Hi Margaret, thank you for getting in touch with us. We have submitted a request to the relevant team to contact you and your reference number is ***." Im still waiting for someone to call me till now. Is this company really serious about customer service????
