Very poor service from HIFI Corporation

Bought a dishwasher two weeks ago. They confirm a delivery on Thursday 12 December. Never rocks up. Deliver on Friday 13 th. The dishwasher was drop and casing was bend. Tried to get hold of somebody at HIFI is impossible.After plenty of calls I got to speak to a Sammy at callcentre who log a call but cannot solved the issue. Very Very unsatisfied and poor service. They just don't care about a customer.
