Very Poor Service for Online Orders

First time ordering online Click & Collect with Hi-Fi Corporation. Thought it would be worth saving R399 on the item ordering online instead of buying in-store. They cancelled my order a few minutes after the payment for R999.00 came off my bank account! When contacting them to query, they claimed that they did not receive the payment - I have had to provide proof of payment and this is a terrible inconvenience. By the time this is sorted out the discount will be over. Give me back my money :-(
