Very poor service delivery

Bought a birthday gift in the 5th of August . Delivery 2 to 5 working days. Today is the 16th of August and I still have not received the item. Was promised delivery yesterday and they did not show up. Have send emails, phoned the call centre regarding the purchase various times, without any satisfaction. Very poor service delivery and customer relations. Will NOT buy from them again.
