very poor service at Hifi ciro Cresta

Never Buy reference audio from Hifi corp , i bought a car stereo from hifi corp Cresta 15/12/22, the radio went dead , took it to the shop it was booked it in 23 march 2023 , i went today 20 April 2023 i was told this wont be fixed because i need to attach a installation slip , were do they think customers get that , Reference audio did not even look at the stereo so now its money down the drain, very disapointed even the cusutomer service is poor but when you come to buy they treat u with respct
