very poor service and and very unfriendly personnel

<p>Took my dvd player in to hi corp in woodmead the sales and service manger Bob Mhlogo help me with a letter that my dvd player was strack by lighting after exzaming the dvd player the letter was issued to me .</p> <p>Becoause it was busy he forget to state in the letter that is was dameged by lighting so today i phoned again to asked if they could change the wording in the letter and i spoke to a Tombi which told me that he was not working there anymore and that she cannot change the letter for me but very rude i will never ever spend a cent at any hi corp ever again</p>
