Very poor delivery service!!

Ordered an item on the 2nd of June. It’s the 13th of June and still no delivery of the item. I’ve logged a complaint and nobody has made contact with me to resolve the issue. No contact from them at all. They also don't have an option where you can contact the courier. The tracking service they offer is a joke!
