Very poor Customer service

HifiCorp is the Biggest ****ming Company in SA, a few months ago I bought a Chain Saw Machine online which never worked and I returned it in the beginning of January with a Reference No:*** and I was told I will receive feedback in 48hrs and I have been waiting then.Can somebody intervine intervine to this matter with urgency.
