Very poor customer service.

I bought the washing machine on 16 Sept 2022. In late May 2023 not even a year as it was on 3 years warranty it stop working. Today I sent the machine bck after waiting for almost 2mnths. They are telling me I have to take it with Defy but I bought the machine in them. Let alone I was given an attitude by their consultant the manager came to attend on me after 30 minutes of waiting.. I was forced to take the machine back home, I was really angry at them. I want my money and I will buy the machine somewhere else..
