VERY POOR AND A VERY BAD SERVICE

The stuff are so slow don't even care how long you have been to the store they just drag their feet i got there exactly at 14:15 by 16:00 they still didn't help me when I asked for help they told me their system is slow but amazingly other people their purchases were being processed. Few customers walked out of the shop because they were not being assisted they were just going up and down some of the stuff there were just standing there doing nothing. I was not impressed at all then after the long time I have waited they told me they can't deliver my stove and they can't install the windows but I have paid for that service... very poor service
