Very happy customer

<p>I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your admin supervisor Lizzy Lehong on the 11th of July 2017. Lizzy went out of her way to assist me with my order and I am totally blown away! This is the best service I have had in a long time from any supplier! </p> <p>I placed an online order for collection and it was assigned to the Boksburg branch. But my order was out of stock, but before I even knew that, Lizzy called me and advised me that there is no stock and that I should do a reorder for delivery. I had several follow-up calls from her during this week to make sure that I came right. Long story short, she sorted the whole process out for me without me even asking. Her ability to provide a solution to my problem before I even knew I had a problem completely exceeded my expectations. </p> <p>She was so warm and friendly and caring in her approach. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. Lizzy is doing a fantastic job and she is the reason I will keep coming back to your store again and again. </p> <p><br />I just want to say a special thank you to Hi-Fi Corp Boksburg and in particular to Lizzy Lehong for speedy and efficient service!</p>
