very frustrated customer

I bought a Tv on the 1st of September 2018. The guy who checked my TV did not put back the remote and the *****s for the stand and i only saw when i got home. I have tried numerous times to call them with my phone being dropped after i tell them what had transpired. When i ask to speak to the branch manager my call gets disconnected as well. i have called their complains line as well which did not help at all as all they do is transfer to the store and i dont get any help. i bought the TV in HIfi Corp Woodmead and Im staying in Pretoria. can i get some assistance with this please.
