Very disgusting service.

Dont ever buy a tv or anything from this company. Their after sales service is nonexistent to say the least. I bought not 1 but 2 TVs and other appliances from them in December 2019 and one of the TVS started having a line across the screen and when I called them to tell this they said someone is going to call and arrange for it to be picked up to their nearest branch. Till this day of 31st of December 2020 I haven't heard from them. I went to the branch where I bought the TVs and I was told I must bring in without a loan TV so mother for whom I bought the TV is going to sit without TV for 14days minimum as stipulated by them. This is disgusting and appalling. I'm never buying anything from them.
