Very disappointed on online shopping

Bought a cellphone Nokia 1.4 for my daughter's birthday only to get a call to be told that there is no stock they can send me a Nokia C2 , honestly the features on C2 are far less that of Nokia 1.4 .Why do you give people false hope if there is no stock of that items why put it online? Very disappointed on the customer service there i can't buy a full chicken and get offered a drumstick instead.
