Very disappointed in Hifi Corporation

Never again will we purchase any big appliances at HiFi Corporation at Baywest Mall. I have never received such horrible assistance from the people who work on the floor. We wanted to purchase a washing machine before black firday which had a fairy good discount on it. When my husband phoned them before we came they said they still had stock on the floor, however when we arrived they had a damaged demo model and no stock. So we had to order from them and paid in-store. They told us it will take 10-14days for the washing machine to be delivered and they will give us a call when it arrives. We never received a call in those 14 days. Three weeks later we received a call that they could not get any stock and we should come look and purchase any other washing machine on the floor. Once again they barely had any stock. Now we have to wait 7 -25 days to get a refund on our in-store purchase. That is not even it!!! The assistance from the people who work there was so bad no one knew how to help us when we first purchased the washing machine. They looked at us and could not even recall speaking to my husband over the phone when they told us they had stock. They would yell through the store at one another to come help us. When we went back to collect our refund they once again did not know how to help us and could not recall phoning us to come back to the store. We would be directed to speak to different people in the store and had to retell our story more than 3 times before we were helped. What a waste of time!!!
