Very baddddd service
I have ordered and paid for Fridge on 17 December with promise of delivery on 23rd....I was contacted via sms for delivery on 24th...nothing happened...tried calling HIFI at Arbour crossing in Amanzimtoti, they dont even pick up their telephones. This is the worst service I have experienced from this bad store. Will go and cancel this and collect my money. Cant deal with such incomptenance

28 Dec 2021, 11:50Must say my confidence was almost restore...within 3 hours the fridge was delivered after some screaming and shouting. Delivery guy went out of his way to satisfy our needs
