VERY BAD SERVICED

We bought a 58 inch sansui tv from Hifi corp in The glen about a month ago , and this morning the tv does not want to switch on or work at all , i call them and the guy says i must bring the tv in and they will send it to get repaired and might take 2 - 3 weeks.

I do think this is very bad and poor client service , i would like a new tv for the price i paid and not to have a tv for 3 weeks with a small child in the house is unacceptable , i will never buy anything from any hifi corporation ever again , the way you treat people are very bad. Just keep in mind if it is not for the clients then you wont have a salary , and to tell me that a 1 month old tv does not work after a month then you should consider cancelling your contract with sansui , i am a client and to treat me like i am a dog is not how it is suppose to be .YOU GUYS SHOULD FOCUS ON CUSTOMER CARE AND TO KEEP THE CLIENT HAPPY AND NOT TO LAUGH AT ANY SITUATION WHEN IT COMES TO ANT PROBLEM ANY CLIENT HAS.
