Very bad service horrible

I placed an order on the 16 of may 2024 order number ***. On the 20th of May i called in to check on my order i was told its 2 to 5 working days, i called today 24/5/24 my order was deleted and lady has no idea why i have been waiting for the order for a while no phone calls Nothing from these useless place i will never order again
