Very bad service and selling stuff that does not work. Not complying to consumer act.

I am currently standing inside Hifi Corporation Secunda mall. I bought cartridges for my Canon printer, item code ***8, a multi pack, cartridges 445 and 446 for R669.00. It was the correct cartridges. I inserted it in my computer and the printer didn't recognize the cartridges. I took a screenshot an reinserted my old cartridges. It was recognised. I again took a screenshot. The shop refuses to exchange the cartridges or to refund me even after I showed them the proof. Will NEVER do business with them EVER again and will advise all people to not support them.

They are not complying to the consumer act and are in fact misleading people and *****ing my money.
