Very bad service

Im very disappointed with this company. I bought a hp laptop on 2/04/2021. Withing 3 weeks bubbles started coming on top of the cover and went back with the laptop on 28 April to complain since the laptop is under a year warranty. I went there 9am they told me no the warranty only covers the drive yet when l bought it they told me it covers technical and manufacturing defaults. They told me they will contact hp and l must wait , l waited till 2pm wasted my whole day and they **** to me that hp said no they dont cover that. I then called the hp company to confirm and they told me no it must come for so that they see what happened. I contacted hifi with my complaint telling them that N1 city store told me your waranty does not cover the whole computer but drive only they said no it does. They told me they will lodge a complaint, they sent case number and they saidb store will contact until now its not solved. Why does your staff say something different from what they company say. Stop misleading customers to make sales
