Very bad service

We bought a Defy oven from Hi FI Corporation in November 2024. It had not been used once - we tried it for the 1st time in Jan 2025 and it would not switch on. We logged a fault with HI FI Corp and and a DEFY Technician came out to inspect the unit. He confirmed the unit was faulty and he told us that he would have to go check on spares availability - this was on 8 Jan 2025. To date we have had absolutely no feedback. As per the consumer protection act we want this faulty oven replaced as its only 2 months old.
