Very bad service

Firstly I ordered on the 6th of march, I then waited 5 days and nothing got delivered, I've been phoning since then asking regarding my order and there was no help what so ever from customer service, extremely bad service. I then asked to speak to the manager multiple times and everytime there was some excuse that she wasn't there. I got fed up and decided to ask for a refund and now they send me a tax credit invoice. And they never even refund my delivery money, even though no delivery took place, now they even cheating me and *****ing my money.

I am extremely disappointed.
