Very bad experience

I have received a very bad experienced at Hificorp. I contacted the the Hificorp contact Centre making a follow up regarding my refund. and I spoke to an agent by the name of William Hansie, he couldn't assist with my request and i asked to be transferred to his manager, he refused and said my reason is not good enough for him to transfer me to his manager. He said if i am not satisfied on how he is handling the call then i can report him to the Ombuds man.
