Very bad customer service - nobody answers phones

The online shopping experience I received from HiFi Corp has been shocking. I have been calling, emailing and liaising on social media for over a week. each time, the tell me someone will call me back within 24 hours and I have yet to receive a call back. Any other retailer will at least have responded with the exchange policy.
