Very bad attitude

I bought a 65 inch TV on saterday at Montana hifi Corp, I paid for the TV and they said I must come on Monday,when I arrived at the store today I was told that the TV was not there,I was assisted by Jimmy and the stock manager Carlos but the administration manager Christelle was very very rude can't talk to customers and she shout staff in front of customers, I want my money back as I will not be treated like that,and I will not shop at hifi Montana, hifi corporation please take your staff to customer care training because this will kill the business.
