Very bad aftersales service

I am extremely disappointed bought a tv and bough extended warranty. My tv broke has sound but not picture now I am being told they cant fix it because my speakers broke. What do speakers have to do with the tv not having a picture .I was told I would be called after following up still nothing. What is the purpose of extended warranty?????
