Utterly poor and unprofessional customer service

I ordered 2 items online from Hifi Corp on the 23rd of December 2024 and only one was delivered to me on the 31st of December 2024. I lodged a complaint on the 3rd of January 2025 with their customer service about this issue and I was told that it had been escalated to the relevant department and to this day I have not received any feedback from them. I’m very disappointed with their service and this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional from such a big retail operation. I will never again order from these people because clearly they do not put their customers needs first but are more than willing to take their money. Very disappointing indeed.
