Utterly bad response to query

<p>On date January 2017, my fiance bought a new fridge from Hi Fi Corporation at Secunda Branch. Once delivered, we noticed after a few hours that the fridge lid doesn't seal properly on ons side. After numerous calls, emails and visits to the shop, we got a call from a guy who stated that he was assigned to come and fix the fridge. After consultation about a time, the guy came there with small tools, and suggested that my fiance should lend him her blowdryer to stretch the rubberseal. He stated that it is a common problem. This is rediculous. After he went off, she switched the fridge back on and it is currently more in offswitch mode than anything else. I have send emails again to Hi Fi Corporations Head Office, the local outlet, as well as phone calls and numerous threats of action. However, no support has been given from either Hi Fi Corp or the local outlet as to our queries. </p>
