Using customers' money to finance their business

I would like to give a 0 if it were possible. I ordered a side by side fridge on the 20th of May. I am still waiting for delivery. Last night on 1 July my order status changed to refund pending. Not requested and still not received. They don't answer their phones or emails. THIS IS A **** TO USE OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY TO RELIEVE CASHFLOW PROBLEMS
