useless staff

Went to the Glen branch this afternoon to purchase a Sony PS5 playstation, after having to do my own homework/spadework about the digital or disc option, I picked one out. had an issue at the till with regards to barcode for pricing, big issue, manager was more interested in having a conversation with a customer over a R 400 fan. i had to bite on my tongue from the minute i walked in, the most useless, lazy and uninterested staff i have ever had to deal with. nevertheless, ended up buying from take a lot, can't wait.......
