Useless Service on Delivery and follow up

They are not even worth a 1. I order a package through HiFi Corp and there is absolutely no way to get anybody on the phone to track my package except online. 2 Days after my order, the tracking online said that the parcel was scanned for delivery but never arrived. It was then scanned back in to the warehouse. On Monday it was scanned out again and today (Tuesday) it is still on the road. The poor delivery guys must be exhausted by now for driving for 2 days straight. When i phone Hifi Corp and pres 3 for their tracking, the phone just keeps ringing. After 2 hours i found somebody from RTT which then told me that TARSUS is doing the delivery. When i phoned TARSUS and asked to speak to the RTT Representative, they told me that RTT doesn't take phone calls, we must just wait for our packages? REALLY HIFI CORP? Answer you phone HIFI Corp !!!!
