useless service

I bought a Kelvinator in August 2020, a month ago this thing just froze up, the thermometer is on 2 but freezer at the bottom is totally frozen, now as a result of same you have unfreeze the freezer every time to get whatever meat out. So i phone Hi Fi, and advised them of same. They send out a technician, technician leave a message with my son to put the fridge off and to defrost same, Which i did and only switched on 3 days later. I put my meet in the freezer again, same thing happens. I phone Hi Fi, now they tell me when i defrosted the fridge i should have taken a picture of the defrosted fridge, and then when it was frozen again, i was suppose to take another picture. So now i had to do the process from the beginning just to prove a point. Now im just not using the freezer part of the fridge, cause in my opinion its useless and so is Hi Fi Corp. I will never ever buy anything from them.
