Useless service

Online shopping is a nightmare I recently called to have my online order cancelled. Today the package was delivered after a consultant told me it would be cancelled. I sent it back with the courier company. I'm still waiting for a call from this useless company I've been calling since yesterday no answer or response. I want money back as per return and refund policy
