Useless Service

I have purchased a kelvinator fridge/freezer about a year ago and payed extra for the extended warranty. It has recently been giving me some problems so i have decided to call the branch to let them know that there is an issue and if they can sort it out because i do have the slip for the warranty. I was told a technician was to come to my house on the 22 April 2016 but he did not. I E MAIL'ed Victoria from JDG Trading on Monday the 25th April and was told they will call me in 48 hours.I Later phoned again and spoke to a gentleman from customer care and he said he will get back to me(did not take my details).He did not get back to me .I phoned again on the 29th and was told that will contact me that weekend(even though they do not call out on weekends) and i have still not heard from them,i called the kelvinator warranty line and they said it has been logged and they not sure when they send the technician through,of no help either ,called again today spoke to the same gentleman from customer care(but this time he actually took my number down) but did not get back to me. This is really getting ridiculous as the fridge is leaking all over the place due to the suction of the door being faulty
