Useless no customer service

I bought a washing machine 2 years ago and took out the extended warranty. Four weeks ago i reported my spinner motor is tripping the electricity at home. Someone came to check four weeks ago and nothing to this day. The washing machine is still not working. They havnt done anything to honour their extended warrnty. And every week i have to follow up with them and master care. Their repair company. There is absolutely no customer service as the customer has to follow up on his own non existend repairs service. Dont buy anything from Hi Fi corporation as they dont have any customer service. They require the custoner to arrange his repairs and follow up on it. PLEASE PEOPLE AVOID ANY HI FI CORPORATION PURCHASES. AS YOU WILL BE YSORRY YOU MADE THE PURCHASE AS THEIR IS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR WORDS OR COMMITMENTS.

I'm always of the opinion everyone needs a second chance to prove themselves. but every once in a while you find a business like Hi Fi corporation who continuously fail even if your hopes are high for them to honor their word and commitments. I contacted them again as I wanted to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves, but low and behold they persistently prove themselves hopeless and useless. We as consumers we sometimes think and weigh our options with regards to the different prices different stores ask for the same item. Hi Fi corporation has taught me that rather than purchasing from them we as consumers should purchase from more reputable stores. because as an organization they are useless and pathetic.
PLEASE MY FELLOW COUNTRYMEN STAY AWAY FROM HI FI CORPORATION. AS THERE IS NO VALUE IN PURCHASING FROM THEM
