Useless HiFi worker!!!!

I bought a 55 inch sinotec and Xbox series s last week at Hi Fi Corporation Kenilworth. Firstly when app**** no one contacted me I called back in the new week and they said the agent didn't send clear enough copies of my documents I then had to resend. I then purchase the 55 inch tv and Xbox the tv works for 3 days and then it stops working , blank no signal , all ports not working. I then take it back in and want a refund they said I cannot get as I did it on finance which I find it weird as they don't have to billl for me something I no longer have. They give me a gift card. I then think okay take another tv. In the mean time they did not provide me with a Xbox pass when purchasing as they should , I enquire about it and it's a whole back and forth!!! Don't let me tell you about the customer service geeeez worst ever. Then I take a skyworth 40 inch tv with a biltong maker and a usb music box. The usb music box now doesn't work with Bluetooth. Everything is a mess everything. Not satisfied. They can take back everything and clear everything I don't want anything and don't want to own anything as all there items are blady duds!!! Im sick to my stomach in less than 2 weeks all this transpiring. They say they cannot cancel the finance as I app**** right enough but take back everything. I haven't even paid an installment yet!!!!! I cannot get hold of anyone Superior that can assist me in a proper professional way.
