useless hifi corp

if i could give hifi corp a -5 stars i would, absolute horrific service, i bought a 5 peice sansui combo set(for when i move home) when i finally open it 3 items are faulty, with the microwave not working at all. i take it back to hifi corp for them yo repair it, their response is, they dont deal with sansui repairs and they have to stock so i need to brimg back all the items to get a refund, i dont want a refund, i want my appliances to wor**** i will never purchase from hifi corp again, absolute waste of my time and clearly my money
