Useless Extended warranty

<p>I purchased a Samsung washing machine along with the extended warranty.This year the machine started to give me problems. They collected the machine for repairs and waited for two months to get my machine back.The feedback from the repair shop was that they could not repair the machine.The shop then advised me to buy a new machine while the extended warranty for the current machine is still valid. No wonder their branch in Richards Bay has since closed.</p>
