Useless!!!

I bought a tv online.. order was paid for and confirmation email received for my order and that payment was received. Its a click and collect order now on 3rd day still waiting for ID approval for the tv license they don't reply to my queries via facebook messenger or via the website, i phoned and they don't answer the phone it goes to voicemail saying out operating hours are from 9am to 6pm i phoned 4pm im really ****ed of im not getting any feedback if i knew this was going to take so long i would have gone to the actual shop
