Useless customer service

Online customer service is one of the worst i have seen, Called in, on hold for 12 min, someone answers, puts me on hold for 10min and then just disconnects the call. tried whatsapp, someone replies, you say what information you require, and then they disconnect you. had to speak to 6 different people just to get a tiny bit of information from your employees, please go and listen to your employees conversations that I keep getting reminded of is being recorded., 90% of them are lacking.
